No. Your PDF documents are parsed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to our servers. Only the extracted text is sent for analysis, processed in memory, and not stored. We do not retain any document content after your report is generated. See our

💳 How does the credit system work?
Each property analysis requires 1 credit. New users receive 1 complimentary credit to get started. Additional credits can be purchased at $29 for 1 credit, $99 for 5 credits, or $199 for 12 credits. Credits never expire.
🔐 How do I sign in?
OfferWise uses secure OAuth authentication. Sign in with your Google or Facebook account. We don't store passwords - it's faster, easier, and more secure.

⚖️ What is OfferScore™?
OfferScore™ is our proprietary patent-pending algorithm that analyzes property risk, seller transparency, and repair costs to calculate a recommended offer price. Our methodology uses category-weighted risk scoring and a three-component pricing model (repair costs + risk premium + transparency discount).
🗑️ How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from your
Settings page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Note: Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion.
⏰ How long does analysis take?
Most analyses complete in under 5 minutes. Processing time depends on document size and complexity. You'll see a progress indicator while your analysis runs.
We typically respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time). For urgent technical issues, please mark your email as "URGENT" in the subject line.
